Please ensure that each team makes an appointment to meet at least ONCE during the 2-week break. The team leader has to assign a secretary to take the minutes of their meeting. An agenda ought to be drawn up identifying date, time, location of meeting; who was present; what were the areas of discussion, etc. Please refer to textbook to determine how Minutes of a Meeting are done and follow it.
After deciding which one of the two scenarios you want, please do a division of labor - who will do what task in writing the report. For example, if part of your primary research involves conducting a survey, this task should be shared by all members of the team. (Work out questions to be asked, pick format to elicit certain types of answers, assign locations where face-to-face surveys can be conducted, etc).
